Clinic Fees (VAT EXCLUDED)

1. Insured Clients
   Clients insured with Bupa, Cigna Global, or WPA do not need to pay the clinic fees directly, as these are covered by their insurance providers. To complete the booking procedures, clients must fill in the message form above and provide the name of their insurer to the Booking Department.
2. Short-Term Sessions
   Fees for short-term sessions are different from those for long-term sessions. Clients are required to fill in the message form above and specify the type of session they would like.
3. Not Insured Clients and Quick Appointments
   Fees £300 per session for Not Insured clients and quick appointments vary. Clients should fill in the message form above and clearly state the service they require.
4. Same-Day Appointments
   Fees for the quickest same-day appointments are different from those for standard appointments.

Dyslexia & Autism & ADHD & Mental Health Reports

• Dyslexia ( Learning Difficulties ) OR Autism Assessments or ADHD Or Mental Health Issues + Full Report
• (6 sessions x 45 minutes ) + £4000

Medico-Legal Report

• Comprehensive assessment + medico-legal report (delivered within 7 days): £4,000 + ( 6 sessions x 45 minutes)
• Legal Aid cases: fees negotiable (subject to case scope and funding terms)

Learning Difficulties Assessment & Autism & ADHD & Mental Health Reports

Our comprehensive Learning Difficulties Assessment Package; Autism & ADHD & Mental Health Reports are designed for individuals requiring professional reports for educational, occupational, DWP, tribunal, legal, or court-related purposes. The package includes six structured assessment sessions, clinical evaluation, review of relevant documentation, professional consultation, administrative support, and preparation of a detailed written report.

The standard fee for the complete assessment and report package is £4,000, with reports normally issued within 10 working days of the final assessment session. All assessments intended for official purposes require face-to-face attendance to verify identity and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the assessment process.

For clients who are genuinely unable to attend our clinic due to exceptional circumstances, a domiciliary (home visit) assessment may be arranged subject to availability. Home assessments require the attendance of two consultants and involve additional travel, administration, and professional time. An additional domiciliary assessment fee will therefore apply. Fees for home assessments will be confirmed before booking.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

• All fees are payable in advance before the session/assessment.
• Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer or cash.
• Cancellations/rescheduling: at least 72 hours’ notice required.
• Cancellations within 72 hours are charged in full and are non-refundable, unless cancelled by the clinic.
