Yeah if you listen too much you risk getting tinnitus which is liveable for many but based on the constant pitch which never stops and at times spikes up randomly?
I can easily understand how some people go nuts, depressed, suicidal and what not sooner or later from it.
I simply rationalize it as it is what it is and it could be worse.
