Important topic! I know even in my twenties when I lost my mom, life was much different for me and I did not feel the true depth of my loss until I had significant life changes and she was not there. My children and I lost their dad when they were in their teens. I tried to get them to talk about their grief at the time, but they just couldn’t. Now both of them are in their late twenties and they express their feelings of loss now, but when they were teenagers they just did not want to discuss it.
Life is a journey and any journey has an end . We get shocked suddenly, but the life must continue in order to complete the journey.
Thank you so much for sharing well and welcome in London.
