Non-Refundable Payment & Cancellation Policy

At Healthy Mind Clinic London, we strive to provide the highest level of service and care. To ensure a smooth and clear process for both our clients and the clinic, we ask that all clients review and agree to our Non-Refundable Payment & Cancellation Policy before booking therapy sessions or assessments.

Payment Terms

            •          All fees must be paid upfront before your scheduled session or assessment.

            •          Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer or Cash.

Non-Refundable Fees

            •          Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances unless the session or assessment is cancelled by the clinic.

            •          Clients will not be eligible for a refund once payment is completed.

Cancellation Policy

            •          To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 72 hours in advance.

            •          Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session will result in the full fee being charged and will not be refunded.
